All personal data such as your address or the details of your credit card or bank reference
are SSL-coded, and are thus secure against unauthorised access when being transmitted via the
Internet. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for coding such data. As a result, the data
that you input (like your credit card number, bank sort code and account number, and your name and
address) are locked into a code and securely transmitted. The yellow padlock on the right, below
the task bar, identifies secure transmission.
If this symbol is not shown, it may be that your computer is unable to process SSL technology.
However, this does not signify that your data has been transmitted un-coded. In that case you would
normally receive an error message.

Processing your order requires that your name, address and payment arrangements are saved.
In addition, your order must be linked up with these details. All your details are applied
exclusively to the processing of your order, and are neither passed on to third parties not
involved with its execution, nor used for promotional purposes, unless you have specifically
indicated that you would like us to do so.
As the customer, you not only have the right to be informed of the facts about you that have
been saved; you may, over and above that, demand the correction, freezing or deletion of the
information we have saved, at any time.
